1:1 Lessons Terms and Conditions

1. Lesson Booking

1. Lesson packages are valid for 10 weeks. If purchasing a package, payment for the whole package must be made before the first lesson.

2. One free 15 min Language Discovery Call is available per student.

3. All prices are in GBP (British Pounds) and are subject to change. Accepted payment methods: Wise (used by 99% of my students) or a Bank Transfer. Contact me to obtain my bank details.

Payments via Stripe/PayPal are also accepted. When choosing this payment method and purchasing a package, a discount on lessons cannot be given (this is to cover Stripe/PayPal fees). This means that full individual lesson price x the number of lessons in the package must be paid.

4. If paying for individual lessons, once a lesson is booked, payment must be made within 12 hours, otherwise the booked slot will be cancelled. 

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The below lesson cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all lessons:

I. Rescheduling or cancelling a lesson is only possible if requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Contact me here or message me on Instagram to reschedule or cancel a lesson. 

II. Rescheduling and cancelling a lesson is not possible if requested within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson start time. If a request to reschedule or cancel a lesson is made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson start time and the student does not attend the lesson, the lesson will be classed as 'completed'. 

3. Late arrivals and non-attendance

1. If a student is late to a lesson, time lost cannot usually be made up due to lessons often being scheduled back-to-back. The teacher is not required to continue the lesson beyond the official lesson end time.

2. If a student fails to attend a lesson, the lesson will be classed as 'completed' and rescheduling or a refund will not be possible. 

4. Changes to the Facilities and these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.

Booking lessons means that you accept the abovementioned terms & conditions.
